These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at euroriie.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Myndaris OÜ. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

“euroriie” is a trade name under which Myndaris OÜ operates its online information service. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Myndaris OÜ.

2. Scope & acceptance

The Site is an institutional and informational website. It presents who we are and the information services we offer. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to the use of the Site itself. They do not, on their own, create any service relationship between you and us: any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement, as described below.

3. Nature of the information

The content published on the Site is provided for general information only. We take reasonable care in preparing it, but:

• it does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or commitment on our part;
• it is not legal, financial, investment, tax or medical advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional;

Any engagement of our services requires a separate written agreement that sets out the specific scope, deliverables and terms. Nothing on the Site should be read as forming a contract for services by itself.

4. Services scope

euroriie is an online information service. We gather, verify, organise and present information drawn from public and openly available sources, or from material that a client provides to us. Typical work includes research on demand, curation and structuring, digests and reports, directories and catalogues, monitoring and alerts, and the verification and clean-up of existing datasets.

We do not provide regulated professional advice. In particular, we do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax or medical advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes, returns or the completeness of public sources. Where specialist professional advice is required, we will say so and suggest that you consult a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use automated means to access the Site in an abusive way, or scrape or harvest its content at scale in a manner that places an unreasonable load on it;
• copy, reproduce or reuse the content of the Site beyond what these Terms or applicable law permit;
• reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

Where the Site refers to or compiles information from external sources, the underlying source materials remain the property of their respective owners, and any names, trade marks or logos of third parties belong to those third parties. Our use of such materials does not transfer any rights in them to you.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the terms and privacy policies of the third-party site will apply.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we provide it on an “as available” basis. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control, and we do not guarantee any particular level of uptime or that it will always be error-free. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian law. How we handle personal data, and how the Site uses cookies and similar browser storage, is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of the framework governing your use of the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in the applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any matter arising from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

This does not deprive you, where you use the Site as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where applicable consumer-protection law so provides.
